chocolate cake covering (I normally use
half milk, half plain; melted together) |
Cream
butter and sugar, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix together flour and ground hazelnuts, add to the mixture. Add milk (and rum)
to obtain a smooth consistency. Add chocolate chips.
Bake
at 200 C for just under one hour. Leave to cool, then cover with melted chocolate.
